EVENTS

I spent an incredible five years with Bahrain This Month as Director of Film, crafting creative advertising campaigns, directing historical documentaries and heading over a hundred interviews with prominent local and international business, diplomatic and cultural figures. The work also included spearheading initiatives such as Chef’s Cut and the WOMAN OF THE YEAR AWARDS PODCAST SERIES.

I will always consider George Middleton one of my greatest mentors – in business, standards and integrity. The platform and support to grow as a media director, alongside the networking and professional opportunities given to me by George and the entire team, remain invaluable to this day.

JOTUN PAINTS ARABIA

Jotun Paints Arabia has been a valued client for several years, combining high corporate standards with genuine creative freedom.

I had been developing a bespoke editing style using AI-assisted rotoscoping, which I pioneered through my event coverage for them. It has since evolved into a signature aesthetic that the team continues to request across creative campaigns and behind-the-scenes productions.

The trust of their entire team, from production to management, has allowed me to push ideas further, from concept development and creative direction through to final delivery.

IMPACT REAL ESTATE

Working alongside AJN PRODUCTIONS, we were tasked with completely reimagining Impact Real Estate’s social media presence through a more creative-led advertising campaign.

We found that voice in their charismatic agent Ahmed, who became the face of the campaign and enthusiastically embraced our more unconventional ideas.

Together, we turned otherwise routine real estate topics into engaging, personality-driven content designed specifically for social media.

MUSIC VIDEOS

This collaboration with South African singer King Qasim was a true labour of love. Built around the concept of “Nothing Is Real”, the project gave us complete creative freedom to push the visuals in any direction.

Much of the performance was filmed on green screen using multiple cameras, allowing me to build the world almost entirely in post-production – combining layered compositions, unconventional editing techniques and visual references to some of Qasim’s earlier work, including “DANCING ON MARS”.

The final piece took around 80 hours to edit over the course of a week, resulting in one of the most creatively ambitious projects I’ve had the pleasure to work on.

CREATIVE ADS

Working either in close collaboration or with clients’ absolute trust in my vision, I developed, filmed and edited these ads according to their briefs and expectations, for use across social media, broadcast television and even the big screens at live events.

From the simple and quirky to the appropriately grandiose, each of these videos has allowed me to showcase my creative thinking and expression beyond the corporate sphere.
